Cortland apples are juicy and sweet with a hint of tartness, featuring a tender, snow-white flesh.

This is all-purpose apple is excellent eaten as-is, added to salads, in sauces and for baking pies. They’re also an ideal choice for kabobs, fruit plates and garnishes as they don’t turn brown quickly when cut.
